Hot cocoa

Preheat well 100 ml of sweet cream then lower the temperature. In a bowl mix about 30 g of cocoa and 100 ml of little warmed up milk , place on low heat to coat the mixture. Add some chocolate if you want the mixture to be thicker. Mix it with sweet cream and cook a little while stirring constantly. If you have lumps, drain the liquid through a strainer … Finally serve with delicious cakes.

 Chocolate liqueur

In a saucepan, place 500 g sugar and 100 g cocoa powder , mix well and place on a hotplate. Add 500 ml of milk and stir constantly. Once it starts to boil, reduce the temperature to a minimum and leave it on for 10-15 minutes . Remove from the heat, then when cool, add 1 dl rum and mix until fully combined. Serve it in a glass and enjoy the perfect blend of flavors!
