The Golden Globe Awards ceremony will take place in February 2021, according to the organizers of the official website.

“A new date has been set for the 78th Golden Globe Awards in 2021. We are pleased to announce that the event will take place on Sunday, February 28, 2021. The ceremony will be broadcast live on NBC’s Beverly Hilton television in Beverly Hills, California, the report said.

Usually, the prizes are awarded in the first week of January, but now it has been moved due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The Golden Globe Awards are presented by the Association of Foreign Journalists accredited in Hollywood. It is awarded once a year and, after prestige, is in second place, after the Oscar.

The greats cover 25 categories in the field of film and television. The awards were established in 1943 by eight foreign journalists. The first award ceremony took place in 1944. The winners today are determined by 93 members of the Association.
