Horseradish is a powerful herb that you can use all year round, and its healing properties are amazing.

If you want to clear your lungs, whether you are a smoker or not, make horseradish tea.
Grate 10 grams of horseradish root and pour 200 ml. boiled water. Cover the tea and let it stand for a few minutes. Thus prepared, consume it 2 to 3 times a day in a small cup.
If you suffer from asthma, mix a cup of apple cider vinegar with 4 tablespoons of grated horseradish in a saucepan, and then put the pot on the fire.
When the horseradish softens during cooking, strain it and add the same amount of honey to the resulting amount of horseradish. Boil the resulting mixture until it thickens, then leave the porridge to cool.
